To reset a user's password, you will need to access the user in question settings. Please select Users from the top bar dropdown menu, under Admin.
You will be directed to the Platform User List, where you will be able to see the list of users, their email address, name, access levels and status. Select the user which you would like to update or change their password for by clicking on their line.
Under their personal details section, you will be able to enter in a new or updated password for that user. Once you have completed changing their password, please select the Update User button located on the top and bottom right hand side of the page.
