The Transactions page lists all the transactions for the loan, credits, debits and running balance.
Above the list of Transactions, you can select specific dates to view all transactions within that period. You can also select if you would like to view transactions from the current financial period or from the previous financial period.
The red Clear button will clear your selected dates to view all transactions again.
You can create and/or export the Loan Statement by clicking on the green buttons located in the same menu row. You also have the option to export the list of transactions to Excel.
In order to create a new transaction manually, you can click on the blue + New Transaction button, located on top of the menu bar. This will open a pop up window.
Enter in the effective date of the transaction, a short description and the actual transaction amount and Trancode. Click on the blue Create button once completed to load your new transaction to reflect against the loan.
