Emails and Messages

Here you will be able to view all email and SMS which have been sent to the borrower regarding the loan by selecting either the Email or the SMS tab. You can also send a new email or SMS by selecting the green + Send an Email button, which will open a new pop up email window.

You also have the option to send out SMS or Email notifications for this specific loan by clicking on the desires tab located on the top right hand side of the page.

If you select the SMS tab, a pop-up window will appear where you can select a template to use, enter the receiver's details and type in your own message if required.

If you select the EMAIL tab, a pop-up window will appear where you can select a template to use, enter the receiver's details and type in your own subject and message if required.
