Everything that you need to know from the Home Page and Main Menu
Once you have logged in, the window will update to reflect all loan details as well as many options to manage your loans. This page is also your comprehensive group loan Summary page. The page has been broken down into sections such as Loans Under Management, Banking, Arrears, Loans by Product and Loan Seasoning.
Here you will see a breakdown summary of all the loans within your portfolios, including total values and totals.
In this section you can see a brief banking summary of repayments due and the value. You can click on the green Go to banking button as a shortcut and easy access to the banking management page.
Here you can see the amount of Arrears payments due and the total amount in arrears. You can click on the blue buttons Arrears List and Arrears Aged Balance for a shortcut to their relevant pages.
This feature allows you to see the loans broken down into a pie chart by percentage.
This feature allows you to see the loans broken down by their ages listed in months. You also have the option to add a new loan by clicking on the green + New Loan button.
In order to search for or have access to a specific loan, please use the Smart Search feature. This will search loans by loan ID or Loan number.
In order to search for loans which fall into specific statuses, click on the Loans Search button from the top main menu bar.
You will be directed to a new window where you will have many options to complete your search. A quick and easy way is to filter your search for loans listed under their statuses. On the left hand side of the page, you will see a list of filters grouped by their statuses for easy reference and selection.
Active
All active loans which are running a normal course of action.
Arrangement
All loans which are under arrangement. This status will cover loans that have problematic repayments.
EasyTrack® Status
All loans which are listed under an EasyTrack® Status
Part IX
A debt agreement is one of two agreement options available. A debt agreement, also known as a Part IX (9), is a legally binding agreement between the borrower and the client. This section will list all loans that have such an agreement in place, a Part IX (9). This status will cover loans that have problematic repayments.
Recovery
Recovery is when a loan is in recovery from being delinquent or in arrears, here you will be able to see all loans that are in the Recovery Status.This status will cover loans that have problematic repayments.
Suspended
This status refers to all loans which are Suspended, for example while a payment plan is in the process of being drawn up. This status will cover loans that have problematic repayments.
Arrears
All loans which are currently in arrears.This status will cover loans that have problematic repayments.
Arreats 30+
All loans which are sitting on 30 days or more in arrears.This status will cover loans that have problematic repayments.
Paid Out
All loans which have been paid out and now closed.
Settled
All loans which have been settled and now closed.
Written Off
All loans which have been written off due to bad debt and now closed.
