In this section, we deal with the Hardship process. Once you have opened the hardship window you will be able to view a summary of the Borrower and Account Details which will also reflect the arrears amounts and status.
The Hardship Process is broken down into easy to follow steps and sections for easy guidance and implementation. You have the options to select which steps were carried out or followed as well as to add notes and edit the process.

The first section of the Hardship process is about making initial contact with the borrower about the arrears loan and setting up a resolution.
The second section of the Hardship process is about the internal process and administration which needs to be followed and updated.
The third section of the Hardship process is about the refusal in the event that a hardship application is refused or declined.
The fourth section of the Hardship process is about the initial contact surrounding the hardship with the client / borrower.
The fifth and last section of the Hardship process is where you can upload any supporting documents regarding the process or correspondence with the client. These documents can be opened and viewed at any time.
