In order to update, view or make changes to your own profile, you will need to click on the drop down arrow found next to your username located on the top far right hand side of the window. You will have the following options; My Profile, Change Membership, Reminders and Tasks, Changelog, User Guide or Sign Out.
Once you have selected My Profile from the drop down menu, you will be directed to an information page as seen below. Here you can update, change or view your own user information for example, your password. Bank details are only applicable if the user is a broker.
Once you have made your changes to your profile, please click on the blue Update tab, located on the top and bottom right hand side of the page.
Once you have clicked on Reminders & Tasks, you will be directed to your Reminder List page. Here all notifications will be listed. You are given the option to sort reminders by fields or you can search for a specific reminder by using the search bar located on top of the list.
In this page you will be able to view all the Changelogs per program, classified by date. Select a dated log for further detailed information relating to the system changes and updates which was released onto the production server.
Here you will be able to access User Guides for both EasyLodge as well as EasyTrack®.
This will log you out of the system.
