Once you have selected the loan, the window will update to reflect the loan details as well as many options to manage your loan. This page is also your loan Summary page, which is your first main menu item.

The main menu for managing your loan is located on the left hand side of the page. Simply click on one of the options listed to be directed to a new window.

You have the option to send out SMS or Email notifications for this specific loan by clicking on the desired button located on the top right hand side of the page.

If you select the SMS tab, a pop-up window will appear where you can select a template to use, enter the receiver's details and type in your own message if required.

If you select the EMAIL tab, a pop-up window will appear where you can select a template to use, enter the receiver's details and type in your own subject and message if required.
