You also have the option to view or update the company details by selecting the Preferences option located under the Admin dropdown menu on the top menu bar of your EasyTrack® homepage.
Once selected, you will be taken to the General Settings page where you can update the company information as well as select options from the side bar menu, such as EasyLodge Preferences, EasyTrack® Preferences, Contact Information, Privacy Policy, Banking, Email and SMS Templates.
Once you have selected the EasyLodge Preference option, you will be able to update your General Settings, Verification Sheet, Funding, Emails, View and Print Options, Serviceability Settings and Rate Display Settings from the main page. There are more options located on the left hand side menu bar
Under this menu item, you can adjust the platform commission and fees.
Platform Commission
This determines the platform’s minimum commission, across all products. The greater of the percentage or the amount will be applied. The percentage is a proportion of the total available commission, and is not an absolute rate. 100% means "all of the allowed lender commission".
Fees
This is a simple amount setting. It can't be used together with the maximum amount or a percentage. The percentage of the finance amount, can't be used together with the amount.
The maximum amount will cap the applicable amount and be used with the percentage. You also have the option to add a new fee by clicking on the green + Fee button.
Under this menu item, you can select the lenders and by using the drop down arrow, you can select the settings and products.
Here you can select or add your custom Landing Pages and adjust the settings accordingly.
EasyLodge® interfaces with several 3rd party providers, for specific integration settings please refer to the items under the Integration menu located on the left hand side menu.
Electronic Signatures
You can enable or disable your electronic signatures on this page as well as custom settings.
Proviso
In this section you can select your bank statement settings and Proviso API settings.
Equifax
Here you can disable the Equifax rules from automatically making a request when running a finance application decision.
Identification
On this page you can enter in your username and password for IDMATRIX.
Authentication
Here you can enable 3rd Party Authentication. EasyLodge will use it's standard authentication strategy of email and password. Users can control over changing and resetting their own passwords

Quote
Here you can set up your Quote and Quote Settings.
Residual Management
This section defines the residual percentage minimums and maximums in use by the Quick Quote.
In this section you can customise your System Statuses as well as your Company Statuses. Statuses which are in use cannot be deleted. You can activate email notifications on status change by toggling "send email".
In this section you can set up your emails and customise their settings. To add a new Status Email, please click on the green + Status Email button.
Here you can add or set up your Business Development Managers and their details.
Once you have selected the EasyTrack® Preference option, you will be able to update your Disclaimers, Repayment Reminders, Amortisation Behaviour, Finance Application Statuses and Emails
Here you have the option to type in your custom disclaimers for Loan Statements, Lease Statements or Line of Credit Statements.
You can select to enable repayment reminders via Email, SMS, Both or none (off). You can also select how many reminder days in advance you would like the notification to be sent, along with the desired email address to be sent from and your email template should you have one.
This controls the amortisation behaviour for interest, fees and repayments on loans. Only statuses selected here will activate amortisation. Other statuses will deactivate amortisation. A loan's status can be set on the "Manage Loan" and "New Loan" pages. If no statuses are selected, amortisation behaviour is left to the user to control.
Here you can select to send a welcome email to new borrowers. This email will prompt borrowers to reset their password and access their loan on the customer portal. You can also select to notify the loan assignee of new incoming emails.
In this section, you can select how your statuses operate and how they are reflected. Statuses which are in use cannot be deleted. Activate email notifications on status change by toggling "send email"
In this window you can enter, update and / or view the company Contact Information. It also includes a map linked from your pinned physical address.
In this section, you can add in your Privacy Policy which can be HTML or Text.
Here you can enter,update or view the company and the Payout Account banking details by selecting the account options with the dropdown arrow . You can add banking details by clicking on the green + BANK ACCOUNT button or delete the banking account details by clicking on the pink DELETE BANK ACCOUNT button. You will be asked to confirm your account deletion by a pop up window.
In order to set up your Emails and SMS services select the Preferences option located under the Admin dropdown menu on the top menu bar of your EasyTrack® homepage.
Once selected, you will be taken to the General Settings page, click on the Email and SMS Templates.
Once selected, a new page will open where you can choose an existing Email or SMS template from the provided list shown.
Should you prefer, you can create your own by selecting the green + Email Template or the + SMS Template button. Once clicked, a pop up window will be shown for you to create your new template. Name your new Template, select where this template will be available from, the Subject and the content of your new template. Once all the fields have been filled in, you can click on the now highlighted in blue Create Email Template button.
